Fellow Patriots of the Socialist Movement of Ghana, as the sun sets on this poignant Day of Shame, February 24, we, the Rastafari Council, Ghana (RCG), stand in unwavering solidarity with you.

This date eternally scars our nation's history, marking the treacherous overthrow of our visionary Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah by neocolonial and imperialist forces that sought to fracture the unbreakable spirit of Africa.

In the sacred fire of Jah Rastafari, we honor Nkrumah's eternal flame – the founder of our sovereign Ghana, the architect of Pan-African unity, and the prophet of total liberation.

His clarion call for a united Africa, free from the chains of exploitation, echoes through our drums and our hearts.

We reaffirm RCG's ironclad commitment to this divine mission: the total liberation and unbreakable unity of the African continent, from the Cape to Cairo, as espoused by our first President.

Let this day not be one of despair, but of renewed resolve. Together, as Rastafari and Socialists, we must resist the Babylon system, dismantle neo-imperialism, and build the socialist paradise Nkrumah dreamed of.

Forward ever, backwards never! Africa unite! In unity and struggle,

Aluta continua, JAH! RASTAFARI!
