REVOLUTIONARY STATEMENT

On the Pan-African Conference on Reparations | Accra, Ghana | JUNE 17th-19, 2026

FROM: DIVERSE CONCERNED CITIZENS OF GHANA & THE AFRICAN DIASPORA

CONGRATULATIONS TO GLOBAL LEADERS, PAN-AFRICANISTS & ACTIVISTS

We, the diverse concerned citizens of Ghana and the African Diaspora, salute every son and daughter of Africa who came to Accra for this conference on Reparations.

Your gathering on this soil is historic. The people of what is now called Ghana and other parts of Africa have borne the brunt of the bloodshed racial slavery brought including the unspeakable plight of our ancestors during the Middle Passage. Now Ghana must host the demand for justice. After 400 years of slavery, 100 years of colonial plunder, and 60 years of debt traps, Reparations is not a request. It is an invoice.

To the organizers, the activists who kept this fire alive for decades, and the global leaders bold enough to say “Pay Up” we stand with you. Africa is done begging. Africa is billing.

ON MACRON’S PRESENCE: A COUNTER-REVOLUTIONARY MOVE

We state clearly: The presence and speech of Emmanuel Macron at a Pan-African Reparations Conference is counter-revolutionary.

France can not speak of “partnership” while the CFA Franc drains $500B yearly from West Africa. France can not speak of “development” while refusing to return 90,000 stolen African artifacts. France can not lecture Africa on justice while it sabotages African leaders who demand monetary sovereignty.

To bring the chief beneficiary of the crime into the court of justice is to insult the victims. Macron’s speech was not solidarity. It was fear. France came to control the narrative before Africa wrote the bill.

OUR DEMANDS:

1. Full Reparations, Not Aid - Loans are not Reparations. Grants with strings are not Reparations.

2. Return of Stolen Wealth - Gold, artifacts, land, and monetary control to Africa

3. Africa Sets the Terms - No former colonizer dictates the price or timeline

FINAL WORD:

Reparations are not about the past. It is about funding Africa’s future — our farms, our factories, our schools, our freedom.

As FFFR fights for Ghanaian hemp farmers blocked for 7 years under Act 1019, we recognize the same fight: Law exists, but justice is delayed.

The law is written. The debt is known. Now we collect.

REPARATIONS NOW. NO MORE EXCUSES. NO MORE MACRON.

Signed,

Ras Aswad Nkrabea
